Members of our staff and board, had a fantastic time in Glendale, AZ at the 2018 AMEX Leadership Academy facilitated by the Thunderbird School of Global Management. The One Less Foundation was one of 10 nonprofits and NGOs at the 2018 AMEX Leadership Academy, learning how to make a deeper impact on critical social issues. The week was filed with long but impactful days in class and working on group projects. Each member of our organization who attended was able to take several leadership analysis surveys to better learn how they lead and how they can lead even more effectively in their roles with the organization. The hard work and time from the week, will begin paying off as we plan on implementing the project we worked on in June, on a broader scale. Stay tuned!
