Lifting each out of poverty until there is one less

Home PURCHASE TICKETS DONATE SILENT AUCTION

We’re celebrating 5 years of working with families, communities and schools to alleviate poverty at our 5th Annual Everyone’s A Philanthropist Sip & Savor

Come join the festivities, we’ll be showing what we’ve accomplished over the past 5 years and and showcasing some of our future projects. We’re headed in a forward direction with bold initiatives and partnerships, to help under-served communities in the Philadelphia region create paths out of poverty.

Support our mission and help us continue to end poverty by making a donation, purchasing a ticket or bidding to win one of the items in our silent auction. The silent auction will open for viewing and online bidding on April 20th.

We’re delighted to have you join us at the Everyone’s A Philanthropist Sip & Savor to learn more about the history of our     organization, and see what we have planned for The One Less Foundation, our programs and the communities we support.

About Valley Green Inn

"The charm of Valley Green varies not only with the seasons, but with the day of the week and the hour of the day."  ~ T. A. Daily, 1922

“The Valley Green Inn is built on land that was part of a several hundred acre tract purchased from William Penn in 1685. It had absentee owners in England and Ireland until 1791 when it was bought by the Livezey family who ran a large grist mill downstream. The land and building have undergone  a few renovations over the centuries to sustain it’s beauty and architecture, with it operating as a privately run business under the joint care of the Fairmount Park Commission and Friends of the Wissahickon.
